Pate is a Nutritional Powerhouse! It’s rich in protein and contains one of the most nutrient-dense food on this planet. A small portion of this will provide well over 100% RDI (recommended daily intake) for many essential nutrients. Just to name a few, this pocket rocket contains:

  • Vitamin A: Essential for vision, immune function, and skin health. Liver is one of the richest dietary sources of vitamin A.
  • B Vitamins: B12, B6, niacin (B3), and riboflavin (B2), which are crucial for energy production, brain function, and the formation of red blood cells.
